Prep and cook a healing meal alongside Board Certified Holistic Nutritionists and Chefs Brooke Wilson and Megan Knipp as they demonstrate foods for soothing anxiety and supporting a healthy mood. We will make a delicious Coconut Salmon Curry with Cashew Rice, highlighting several seasonal ingredient variations to make it your own. There will be time at the end for Q & A to answer all of your Mood Food questions.
